Although the unauthorized actor was detected and removed within an hour of discovery, they were able to access confidential information. Following a thorough review completed on November 25, 2024, Xactus identified affected individuals and spent the next two months locating their contact information.
On February 14, 2025, Xactus sent out data breach letters to affected individuals detailing the specific information that may have been compromised in their case.
