What Happened? 

According to the Attorney General of Massachusetts, the White Oak Partners data breach was reported after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On February 23, 2024, the company learned that an unauthorized party had gained access to its computer network prompting them to launch an investigation. On March 14, 2024, it was confirmed that the hackers accessed the company’s IT network and may have removed files containing confidential consumer information. On March 22, 2024, White Oak Partners sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
