November 18 – The TriHealth H, LLC d/b/a TriHealth Physician Partners (“TriHealth”) data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The TriHealth data breach resulted in the names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, claims information, and medical information of certain patients being compromised.
According to the official notice filed with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office, TriHealth discovered on October 23, 2024, that one of their vendors had experienced a security breach. The incident specifically targeted older patient records from the previously independent “For Women” OB/GYN practice. While TriHealth’s current network remained secure, unauthorized parties gained access to legacy patient files containing highly sensitive personal and medical information.
Following a thorough investigation, TriHealth began notifying affected individuals on November 6, 2024, sending detailed data breach letters explaining the scope of the compromised information and providing guidance on protective measures.
