March 6– The Longleaf Network LLC (“Longleaf”) data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after The Longleaf Network was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Longleaf Network data breach resulted in the sensitive information of certain individuals being compromised.

What Happened As A Result Of The Longleaf Network Data Breach?

Data Breach AlertAccording to the Attorney General of Vermont, The Longleaf Network reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cybersecurity attack. On May 29, 2024, Longleaf detected suspicious activity within its IT network. The company immediately took steps to contain the incident, reported it to law enforcement, and launched an investigation.

The investigation revealed that an unauthorized party had accessed parts of Longleaf’s network between May 19 and May 29, 2024. It was later confirmed that some of the compromised files contained confidential consumer information.

On March 3, 2025, The Longleaf Network sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
