On November 30, 2022, the company detected unusual activity within an employee’s email account prompting them to secure their system and launch an investigation.It was confirmed that an unauthorized party gained access to the employee’s email account on November 30, 2022. On February 14, 2024, Tax Favored Benefits sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
