November 11 – The Set Forth, Inc. After a thorough investigation revealed that an unauthorized party had gained access to sensitive consumer information, Set Forth took steps to notify affected individuals. On November 8, 2024, the company began sending out data breach notification letters to all impacted consumers, providing detailed information about the compromised data and recommended next steps.
