According to the Attorney General of Massachusetts, the Resolian data breach was reported after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The company learned that an unauthorized party gained access to certain company email accounts prompting Resolian to launch an investigation. It was confirmed that the unauthorized party responsible for the attack accessed employee email accounts containing confidential consumer information. On July 29, 2024, Resolian sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
Resolian, formerly Alliance Pharma, is a biotechnology company based out of Malvern, Pennsylvania that consists of Resolian Bioanalytics and Resolian Analytical Sciences.
