The company discovered the breach on July 3, 2023, and initiated an investigation with assistance from external cybersecurity specialists.
On January 30, 2025, Prizm Media sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach. This notification came after a comprehensive review of the compromised files, which was completed on September 26, 2024.
