On February 7, 2024, PCHC had a network disruption. They learned that an unauthorized party accessed files with confidential patient information after completing an investigation on February 7, 2024. PCHC reviewed the compromised files to determine what information was involved and the consumers that were impacted. They finished reviewing this on July 9, 2024. On August 21, 2024, ParkTree Community Health Center sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
