What Happened?

According to the Attorney General of Maine, the One Point HR Solutions data breach was reported after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The company identified suspicious activity within its email environment prompting One Point to launch an investigation.

It was confirmed that an unauthorized party accessed company email accounts between July 3, 2023 and February 14, 2024 which may have contained confidential consumer information. One Point HR Solutions reviewed the compromised files to determine what information was leaked and which consumers were impacted. On September 6, 2024, One Point HR Solutions sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
