What Happened?

According to the Attorney General of Maine, On Q Financial reported the data breach after a recent cybersecurity incident. The breach originated with the ScreenConnect product from ConnectWise, one of On Q Financial’s vendors.

Between February 20, 2024 and March 14, the On Q Financial data breach secured the system but confirmed that the breach had impacted over 200,000 customers. The breached information includes names and Social Security numbers, which opens the customers up to the risk of identity fraud.
