According to the Attorney General of Texas, the Nobility RCM data breach was reported on August 16, 2024, after they were targeted in a recent cyber security incident. Nobility RCM recently learned about a data security incident where certain confidential information was subject to unauthorized access. 
This data security incident may have happened at a vendor used by Nobility RCM. Nobility RCM will be sending out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
Nobility RCM is a revenue cycle management company that works with healthcare providers to collect on accounts receivable. The company is based out of Phoenix, Arizona, and also offers pre-funding options.
