What Happened?

According to the Attorney General of Vermont, the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners data breach was reported after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On February 14, 2023, the company learned that the organization had experienced a network security incident affecting its computer system prompting them to launch an investigation. It was confirmed that an unauthorized party was able to access its computer network between February 4, 2023 and February 13, 2023. On January 31, 2024, National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
