According to the company’s website notice, LifeBridge Health reported a data breach after they discovered unauthorized access to multiple employee email accounts. The security incident occurred between August 27, 2024, and September 21, 2024, with the company confirming the breach on November 12, 2024. On January 10, 2025, LifeBridge Health sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach. These notification letters contain specific details about what personal data was exposed for each affected individual.
