The investigation revealed that the unauthorized access occurred between October 31, 2024, and November 8, 2024, during which time sensitive files containing confidential consumer information were exposed. On February 12, 2025, Finastra began notifying affected individuals about the security incident through data breach notification letters, detailing the specific information that may have been compromised in each case.
