October 2 – The Feldstein & Stewart, LLP data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Feldstein & Stewart, LLP data breach resulted in the names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers and state identification numbers of certain individuals being compromised. According to the Attorney General of Maine, Feldstein & Stewart, LLP reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack on March 25, 2024. The company secured its network and launched an investigation. It was confirmed that an unauthorized party accessed files from its network, including those containing confidential information belonging to individuals. Feldstein & Stewart reviewed the compromised files to determine what information was leaked and which consumers were impacted. On September 25, 2024, Feldstein & Stewart, LLP sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
