December 5 – The (ESHA + any acronym [ESHA aka “XYZ”]) data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The ESHA data breach resulted in unauthorized access to sensitive information of certain individuals being compromised. It is believed to have impacted as many as 76,922 individuals.

According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights, ESHA reported a data breach after they experienced a “Hacking / IT Incident” affecting a network server. While the complete details of the incident are still emerging, the breach may have involved either ESHA’s own network or potentially that of a third-party vendor.

On November 15, 2024, ESHA sent out data breach letters to those 76,922 individuals whose information was affected by the breach. The company completed a thorough review of the compromised files to determine the scope and extent of affected data before sending these notifications.
