October 21 – The Ciox Health d/b/a Datavant Group (“Datavant”) data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Datavant data breach was the result of a cyber attack that led to the unauthorized exposure of sensitive information pertaining to certain individuals.
Datavant recently reported a data breach to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services following a cyber security incident. Information on the breach is still limited but their reporting suggests that the breach involved unauthorized access to sensitive consumer data due to a “Hacking / IT Incident” affecting multiple email accounts.
