December 18 – The Crimson Wine Group data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. According to filings with the Attorney General of Maine, Crimson Wine Group discovered a cybersecurity incident on June 30, 2024, when an unauthorized party gained access to their computer network. The investigation revealed that between June 26, 2024, and June 30, 2024, the unauthorized party accessed and potentially removed files containing confidential consumer and employee information.

After a comprehensive review completed on December 9, 2024, Crimson Wine Group began sending out data breach notification letters on December 13, 2024, to inform affected individuals about their compromised information.
