Through their investigation, Community Care Alliance discovered that an unauthorized party had gained access to their IT infrastructure between July 1 and July 5, 2024, potentially acquiring confidential files containing consumer data.
After a thorough review process that concluded on January 8, 2025, the organization identified which individuals were affected and what specific information was compromised in each case. On March 7, 2025, Community Care Alliance sent out data breach letters to all affected individuals, detailing the specific personal information that may have been exposed.
