October 18 – The Boston Children’s Health Physicians (“BCHP”) data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack that compromised the sensitive information of many individuals, including personal and health-related data. On October 4, 2024, BCHP sent data breach notification letters to all individuals whose information was compromised. These letters provide details about what specific data may have been exposed, including Social Security numbers, medical records, billing information, and treatment history.
