February 11 – The ArdyssLife data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The ArdyssLife data breach resulted in the unauthorized access of consumers’ names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers, and other personal information. According to the filing with the California Attorney General’s office, ArdyssLife reported a data breach after discovering unauthorized access to portions of their IT network that were being managed by a third-party provider named Epic. The security incident occurred between December 8, 2024, and December 9, 2024, when malicious actors deployed malware to gain access to the company’s systems.
Upon discovering the breach on December 9, 2024, ArdyssLife took action to remove the malware and secure their systems. The company then launched an investigation to determine the scope of the incident. This investigation confirmed that unauthorized parties had accessed folders containing confidential consumer information.
On January 12, 2024, ArdyssLife began sending out data breach notification letters to all individuals whose information was compromised in the incident. These notifications include detailed information about what specific data was accessed for each affected individual.

The company distributes nutritional supplements, shapewear, and skincare products through a direct sales and multi-level marketing business model.
