November 15 – The American Neighborhood Mortgage Acceptance Company, LLC d/b/a AnnieMac Home Mortgage (“AnnieMac”) data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. In response to this security incident, AnnieMac took immediate action by securing their network and engaging cybersecurity experts to conduct a thorough investigation. After confirming the scope of the breach, the company began notifying affected individuals on November 14, 2024, through formal data breach notification letters.
