March 4– The Valsoft Corporation Inc. d/b/a AllTrust (“Alltrust”) data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C. are investigating the data breach that was reported after Alltrust was targeted in a recent cybersecurity attack. The Alltrust data breach resulted in the names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and financial account information of certain individuals being compromised.
According to the Attorney General of Maine, Alltrust reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On February 14, 2024, Alltrust detected unusual activity on the computer network of its subsidiary, Aspire USA, LLC (“Aspire”).
Aspire’s IT team quickly intervened, halting an ongoing file transfer and securing the network. The company then launched an investigation with third-party cybersecurity experts to assess the breach.
The investigation revealed that an unauthorized party accessed Aspire’s network between February 12 and February 15, 2024, during which time certain files containing sensitive consumer data were removed.
On February 27, 2025, Alltrust sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
