November 19 – The AdventHealth data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The AdventHealth data breach resulted in the names, Social Security numbers, medical information, and health insurance information of certain individuals being compromised.
According to a report filed with the Texas Attorney General’s office on November 18, 2024, AdventHealth discovered unauthorized access to their systems containing confidential patient information. An investigation was launched and AdventHealth reviewed the compromised files to determine what information was leaked and which consumers were impacted.
